The house in the Craigantlett hills is a two storey home set in its own grounds
with stables and private gardens. The homeowners were very keen to extend and
refurbish the home in line with their growing family and expanding business. The existing home extends a nod to the Arts and Crafts movement with dormer windows, steep angled roofs and stone surround, leaded windows. Our extension
provided a much needed change to the kitchen / living / dining space, additional ground floor utility room and first floor master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, contemporary chandilere and juliette balcony to the front, and boasts a ribbon corner window from the en suite providing excellent views of the countryside from the luxurious shower.

The ground floor is now a contemporary living space with generous openings to a
breakfast patio and sheltered portico the the front, and an evening dining terrace to the rear benefitting from the evening sunshine.
