The Domino’s store is based in Ashbury Shopping Centre, Bangor. Northern ireland. The neighbourhood centre provides convenience shopping, and mixed use shops to the local hosing area outside the A2 Bangor ring road. Our involvement was limited to providing at short notice, the strip out and knock through of two units into a single shop unit for the incoming tenant Domino’s Pizza. We provided Statutory authority approvals, design information and pricing documentation for a negotiated contractor to carry out a strip-out, make-good and liaison between Domino’s own contractor and the landlord.
